Privacy

Who's responsible

Hall Creative Services Ltd (company number 15541943) is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email hello@madeinpresets.com.

When you buy or get the free preset

Checkout is run by Lemon Squeezy. It collects your name, email, billing country and payment details, processes the payment and sends the download. We see your name, email, country and what you ordered. We never see your card details. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers how it handles your data.

We use your order details to deliver the files, help with problems and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is the contract with you and our legal obligations.

Emails

If you tick the box at checkout, we'll send you the odd email about new presets. The basis is your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask. If you don't tick it, you only get the emails needed for your order.

Cookies

If you accept the cookie banner, the site loads the Meta pixel and Google Analytics. They tell us how people find the site, which pages they look at and whether our Instagram ads work. If you say no thanks, neither loads. Your choice is saved in your browser so the banner doesn't keep asking. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser.

When you click through to checkout, the link carries where you came from (for example Instagram), so we can tell which posts lead to sales. That uses the page address only, not cookies.

Where it goes

We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the services that run the shop: Lemon Squeezy for checkout and email, Vercel to host the site, and Meta and Google for measurement if you've said yes. Some of them process data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years for tax. We keep your email for marketing until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email hello@madeinpresets.com. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
