Buying and using the presets
Who you're buying from
madeinpresets.com is run by Hall Creative Services Ltd (“we”, “I”), a company registered in England and Wales, number 15541943, registered office The Barn, Golden Square, Henfield, BN5 9DP. Contact: hello@madeinpresets.com.
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the presets on our behalf as merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges any VAT, sends your receipt and the download. Its buyer terms apply to the payment as well as these.
What you get
The Made in Brighton Lightroom Preset Pack is a set of digital files: Lightroom presets (.xmp and .dng), iPhone ProRAW versions and a PDF guide. The free preset is the same kind of file. Nothing physical is sent. The files are available to download as soon as checkout is complete.
The presets need Adobe Lightroom (Desktop, Classic or Mobile), which you get from Adobe separately. They're made for RAW files and won't look right on JPEGs or HEICs. Results depend on your photo, so yours won't look exactly like the examples.
Price
The price is the one shown on the site and at checkout, in pounds, including any VAT. It's a single payment. There's no subscription.
Using the presets
Buying the pack gives you a personal licence to use the presets on your own photos, on as many of your own devices as you like. The photos you edit with them are yours to use however you want, including for paid work.
You can't share, give away, resell or upload the preset files themselves, on their own or as part of another pack. The example photos on this site and in the guide are mine and stay mine.
Cancelling and refunds
See the refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits liability where the law says it can't be limited.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.
