Cancelling

The presets are digital files that you can download as soon as you've paid. You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For a download, that right ends once the download starts, if you've agreed at checkout to get the files straight away.

If something's wrong

If the files are faulty, won't download or open, or aren't as described, email hello@madeinpresets.com with your order number. I'll fix it or send new files, and if that doesn't work, I'll refund you. That's your legal right, and it isn't affected by anything on this page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through Lemon Squeezy, our checkout provider. They usually show up within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
